I've seen this a couple times in the winter at Phantom and I think
Bob is probably right on with it being some sort of inversion--very
strange...

It was warm in Arizona yesterday. We hit 80 degrees in Phoenix so 63
in Flagstaff and at the Grand Canyon is definitely possible.
