I have asked about these routes before and it seems these are on
Havasupai land, or at least the reservation must be crossed to reach

You have to agree to be guided on a schedule (not yours of course)
and pay $300.00 per day. You probably won't get to see what you want
to see either but...

agree to be guided to a schedule and pay ridiculous amounts of bribe
money to rafting companies for access....
