I like keeping track of time and distance on different terrain. I
can't do 5 MPH without getting into a jog on flat ground. Maybe my

4 miles per hour is a pretty brisk walk, 5 seems more like a slow jog
to me. Good for you if you can keep up that pace in the Canyon for any
length of time.
