John - I can dig the foot pain. I think everyone's feet probably hurt after a long day with a pack on. Mine have hurt so bad on past hikes that they feel...

Similar experience. I just had my physical and Dr described my HDL/LDL
profile as "ideal." Lotsa work invested to get there.
