Problem is, there's no sodium chloride (salt} in Gatorade. No commercial
"sports drink" has any...it makes them taste just too gross. So try to choke
down...

Rim to Rim
I have not hiked in the Canyon before so for our first adventure we
are doing the main trail route from North Rim to South Rim. We are

Flagstaff from Los Angles if you have the time. It leave Los Angles at ~7PM...
