By the way, the water one usually sees in Havasu Canyon is ground water,
and it comes out of the ground a short ways from where the trail meets the
creek....

I agree with Drifter's response and i believe the fine is $250...but i'm sure it would get higher is one repeatedly got caught....AND were dumb enough to post...

some bullshit...

It's fine through mid-October most years, but there are always
exceptions. If you want to do a lot of swimming that would be the
outer limit. If you want to...
