I came upon the remains (a leg) of a deer in Salt last spring, just off the
trail after it crosses the drainage. Salt Canyon looked like a good area...

I carry a small red photon light on a string around my neck. It is
enough light to answer the call of nature and find stuff in the pack.

Yeah, they do this in Glacier N.P. to count grizzlies. I think they
