Just returned form the canyon...
I just got back last night from the canyon. I hiked down the S. bass
to the LC from the 2nd to the 26th of Febuary.

Doc,
A friend of mine called about Cottonwood and was told they only
issue 25 percent of capacity in the winter...
Anyone have more details? My guess...
