Breakfast shake - makes 16 oz.
1 scoop protein shake,
2 scoops of dry mile, and
1 instant breakfast.
Put olive oil on bagels and brown them in...

Food is really personal as to how much one eats. I weigh 200+ lbs and for me you have twice as much as I would eat. I have friends that eat a little more...
