Put your food on a scale. I eat a pound a day of dry food--my
boyfriend eats a pound and a quarter. If your rim to rim is passing
Phantom Ranch you can buy...

I used to bring 3 pair but now only two. I keep the spare pair
on the outside of my pack drying out and change them at almost
every rest stop. Keeps my feet...
