That was me. Cree and I each lost around 30 pounds in 55 days which is
around 1.5 pounds per day. And that was with some support from river
folks we met...

Interesting observation. Water is muddy from sidestreams so let out
some extra water from the dam to increase the levels and flood the
slack water areas....
