It is definitely outside the National Park except at the confluence
so you would need a special study permit from the tribe or a hiking
and camping permit....

Norm......4# test may be too light.....but what a challenge!! I've caught some rainbows up to 22" out of the Colorado. I usually used 6# test with a 5 foot...
