Mr. Marley needs lots of water also because he sweats more than most
folks (which means he looses more salts than most) but he has never
experienced...

Next time try South Kaibab as I doubt the actual grade is much
different than BA. SK is much also a much nicer dayhike if you
don't...

during intense
exercise in extreme heat (e.g., uphill hiking in high temps). ...
