Possibly. The Cave Creek complex fire keeps burning and the winds are
blowing to the north currently. Big backburns started on eastern edge
of Black Canyon...

I think there's been research that has shown that air pollution can
increase the chances of having a heart attack so maybe it was a
contributing factor... ...
