I had the same thing happen about three weeks ago. I contacted Hank and
he replied that he'd get to it. Just checked... and he hasn't...

Not sure how automatic the processing system is from PayPal to
accounts; so Hank may simply be off doing things, and not checked
PayPal for incoming...

I call it better after letting it settle and treating it with some
chlorine. Floculation may be the key when the LC is in flood. Get some
alum.
