I agree. A friend and I did a 31 day trek in GC over
March-April last Spring. We carried up to 16 days of
food at a time and carried 3 critter sacks...

In my opinion the NPS should have replaced the ammo cans with bear poles
years ago. The poles provide a nice transition. Ammo cans in corridor
