BTW, I have recommended many doing this route "counter-Steckwise,"
some even re-filing their permit to do it that way, and everyone who
has done so has...

TV heads-up (condors) tonite (Thursday)
Letterman has Jack Hannaah (the zoo guy) on and he has a
California condor. Pretty amazing !
He lets Dave erroneously call the thing a raptor though.
