Like Mike, I too use the MSR Miniworks EX. Not the lightest or
fastest pumping but reliable and field serviceable. I've had my PUR
(now Katadyn) Hiker clog...

I switched from a filter to the MSR Miox last year, and I have been
very happy with how small and lightweight it is, and the chrlorine
taste is hardly...

Sorry the link does not work. They have improved security.
KlearWater is basically a pre-mixed AquaMira. The downside is a short
shelf life.

I agree even though I own a Katydyne and MSR "hiker" filter systems...I usually just take tincture of iodine and put 3 drops/qt and let sit for 30 min. I will...
