Hi hikers...got a "personal" email from some "Chris" asking me about some medical condition and hiking the Grand Canyon...I don't even know if that is a male...

God, I remember Riley Childrens Hospital....I went to med school right on the same campus;Bob, I don't see any problems....I have taken lots of type 2s on GC...

I don't think this itinerary is too ambitious for a first time Grand Canyon hike, assuming that you are all in good shape and have a lot of other backpacking...
