Phoenix is getting a lot of thermal inversion right now. The higher
air is warmer than the air at ground level making for lots of smog.

About 6 years ago I rented 12 passenger van with high clearance from
Budget. It worked out to be with tax about $75/day. It had a big V8
engine and...
