I have been using the same pair of Leki shock absorbing poles for the
past 4 years while hiking/backpacking, including all 5 of my GC trips.

Before my most recent trip to GC, I wouldn't have had much of an
opinion. But last Oct I used my Leki's for the primary "down to" /
"up from" a Redwall...

It's about stitching the tent material without introducing an area
that will now rip more easily.
