Need training suggestions
My thoughts on running, hiking, Dr. Cooper, etc. Being a long time
runner, biker and hiker, going in order of least enjoyable to most.

difference between taking some aspirin to mask the pain and some

I believe the photograph was taken at Lee's Ferry. When I first looked
at it, I suspected it was taken from the old ferry crossing because of
the cable...
