And for what it's worth, "half" of a tent is often in either pack as
well unless I'm hiking with a female where I take the whole thing
(in the Lassen), but...

As people have mentioned, there are a lot of variables and the best
advice is to do a dry run before the trip, but I think you will fill
whatever...
