Surely you could get to Lookout Point as a minimum and Cathedral
Stairs too. From the rim it's 4 miles to Lookout Point and 5.4 to top
of Cathedral...

I camped at Cedar Spring in April a couple of years ago. Bone dry, at least
near the Tonto. I didn't search up or down.

Paige - there won't be any water on the Tonto itself from IG to Hermit's rest. I have successfully found good water in Salt Creek on 2 separate occasions...
