Last night was blizzard conditions with horizontal snow. By the time I
got off work I-40 and HWY-64 north of Williams had been shut down due
to an accident....

Been raining in Black Canyon City (40 miles north of Phoenix at 2000'
approximately) since 3:00 AM and this recently turned to wet snow
