My husband and I crossed from Pt. Imperial, dropped from Visnu saddle into
Visnu,climed out of Visnue, crossed Newberry and proceeded to Asbestos and
Uncar....

Let me add my recollections of the west side of Vishnu, just to muddy
the waters here, so to speak. I've been up or down the west side of
Vishnu 5 times now...

We did a 2 day North-South-North trek on Nov 15, 2004 with an AWD
Suburu since snow was predicted. The rental did fine even though
the hwy wasn't plowed...
