From the reports posted it appears the canyon was good to us all. We
took nine days to travel Bass to Hermit, plenty of time to meld into
the suroundings....

Taking Newbies to Phantom Ranch -- advice?
A year ago today, I was in the midst of my first and thus far only
trip to Phantom Ranch. (We hiked down and up BAT because my SO has
issues with his knees...
