Some of the trail maps list the 1 1/2 and 3 mile rest houses have water
available from May thru September. I assume these are the unofficial
dates.

They were worried about freezing temps on and near the rim.
It was 28 degrees last weekend.
Ask Ranger at Indian Garden or hikers coming down. Carry...

Is it usual that the water is not turned on at 1 1/2 and 3 mile rest stop by
the end of April? Or is there some problem? I have a hike planned May

Monday April 24th, there was water at:
Monument Camp
Cedar Spring
Salt Creek
Horn Creek
They have not turned on water at 3 mile or 1 1/2 mile resthouses
as...
