Rules of the trail?
Hello all, Can you share some of the "rules of the trail" the veterans know, but us newbies have to learn? We've been SCUBA diving for over 30 years....

Jim, Your original Oct. plan is a piece of cake! What is the start date and do you still hold a permit for Oct? Depending on your answer I would consider...

BCO will not process a fax permit request for a date in 1 week (I think the cut-off is 3 weeks), although you should call and cancel your current permit...
