3 mile and 1.5 mile water
What is the general time of the fall when the water is turned off at the 3mile and 1.5 mile resthouses? We'll be hiking out BA on Oct.31 -- 3 weeks later...

Ken - Royal Arch creek is perennial, so no problems there. The Esplanade is dry so you'll have to plan for that depending on how far you get the first day....
