Kaibab up BA traditional route. Taking in the views on the S. Kaibab
are easier going...

Rim to Rim to Rim Sunday, November 5
My brother and I did Rim to Rim to Rim this past Sunday in 15.5
hours, starting down South Kaibab at 3 A.M. and finishing back up South
Kaibab at 6:30 P.M....

I have hiked up the South Kaibab on two occasions, once in December
and once in February. I highly recommend it during the winter, if for
no other reason...

The two major differences you already know:
Water availability, and
Sun exposure.
I enjoy climbing South Kaibab because you do not need to be alert...
