Good sleuthing, Bill and Mike, I hadn't considered how some might
think the phot is intended as current info, like some of the other
stuff on the home page....

Based on the sunrise/sunset times on the board, I'd guess the photo
was taken sometime around April 8th. Don't know the year, of course.

numbered rocks at Tanner Beach.
My brother and I noticed a bunch of rocks with numbered metal tags
drilled into them at Tanner beach. Does anyone know what the purpose
of these numbers? ...

Wayne you hit the fossil aspect right on the head. There are very
few people that have been to Havasupia Point that don't have a
picture of the great fossil...

The road to Signal Hill and Havasupai Point (designated Road W9B)
leaves the Pasture Wash Road heading southeast about a quarter mile
south of the South...

I think anyone that has been out to Havasupai Point will recommend it.
The "roar" of Serpentine rapids certainly adds to the experience. I
remember my brother...
