Of course, we are all crazy here... Good weight for lightweight
hiking, but without much reserve on-board you will not want to be
short on carbs or prots,...

Breakfast: 1 or 2 Quacker Instant Oatmeals
Lunch: Flavored Tuna packets, I either eat them with tortilla's or
