Probably doesn't qualify because there are several ways to reach the
bed of 75 mile Canyon. I would bet money on them not all being blocked.

Four Tents and 1 permit could be a problem, depending on where you are intending to go.
In the corridor, 1 permit equals 1 campsite... NO FLEXIBILITY on...
