By changing to degrees on TOPO, I get 36.11699 deg N by 112.11558 deg W. Let me know if you think it is also about a km too far west.

Wayne, your coordinates for the cairn seem to be off somehow. It would make more sense it it was about 1 Km further to the East.

Change TOPO! settings by clicking on VIEW, then PREFERENCE AND SETTINGS, then UNITS, then COORIDINATES.
