Jim,
I haven't climbed Cedar Mountain, but I have driven out that road a few
times (one of the ways to get to Blue Spring). You'll need a high
clearance...

Why not?
GPS's, Sat Phones, and PLB's to name a few could save a life.
Just 1 or 2 of these gadgets have saved many... Its not often you hear
these gadgets...
