Water in the upper part of the royal arch, and through the esplanade
is always questionable. Depends on if it rained in the last couple...

The Hermit Road reconstruction is scheduled for 2008 (tentatively
starting in mid-July).
The Park is working on ways to allow hikers access to the Hermit...
