River temps
My Grandaughter Katherine (age 14)and I are headed for the river
tomorrow. Night time temps will be about 60. Am I crazy to just take
sheet bags for us or...

Juliet, if you can, go to a good physical therapist.
They are miracle workers, much better than MDs or
chiropractors for back pain, IMHO.
