While I love Propel, it is not an electrolyte replacement drink. It has half the sodium of Gookinaid and no potassium.

Tim, one year we were halted at Swamp Point by a fire so we headed to
Fire Point and found a route off the South side. Fire Point is MUCH
more accessible...
