I would not assume that the expectation is that everyone be
self-contained and have their own tent. The expectation is that groups
Leave No Trace when...

Camped with a group of 6 at BA last month- we all had 1-2 person tents
(not free-standing, either) and had plenty of room to cook, hang
laundry and packs,...

Small group sites- those being for 1-6 people are not big enough to
support 6 tents, unless they are bivies. Even then there won't be alot
of room left in...
