Ummm, actually not. The JMT goes from Mt. Whitney to Yosemite in California. Last I saw (which was roughly some time this morning) the Columbia still runs...

JMT in August
Anyone interested in doing the JMT in August? As with many of the
routes I want to do through GC, I'm having trouble finding someone else
who is up for it....
