My October permit showed up today in the mail. After being denied a R2R hike,
and reworking my options using some of the great ideas this group...

OT - Walking the West video
These guys walked from Mexico to Canada along the PCT. The movie is
very inspiring, although it's not about the Canyon some of you might
enjoy watching...

"hydrate" which is an electrolyte powder and
taste is not bad

I just hiked 30 miles on the Appalachian Trail a couple of weeks ago and used Nuun. It's supposed to be one tablet per 16 oz's, I dropped three into my 100...

its supposed to be 110 along the Colorado river tommorow.
