Have you checked the Grand Canyon Inn (http://www.grand-canyon-
inn.com/) in Valle? It's a 25-30 minute drive to the south rim
entrance but the rooms are...

The other longer answer is 'yes' -- 7-Mile Inn -- but a difference
that will make no difference -- small and will be booked full always.

room and finding something available...
