The trail is indeed there. It is a continuation of the Ken Patrick
Trail. A lot of the area was burned years ago so expect blown down
aspens here and...

Many sites echo the NPS description of a trail north from Point
Imperial up to the park boundary, which presumably ends at the forest
service road from...
