Larry, I'm not sure about the cheese, but I just changed my hiking
partners to Kim and Becky!!! Lots of good ideas. I do cruise the food
stores and grab...

Gouda has worked well, but I make sure it's well within the pack and
not pounded by the sun and I've typically eaten it within the first
few days even when...
