I disagree. Apart from the merit of the letter, the notion that government
employees should treat us as "customers" is a good one....

What's the point of the second anecdote? Apparently a ranger
suggested some hikers stay at IG for a few hours. I can think of many
good reasons why this...

Larry, This "Letter To The Editor" was a bad idea.
Those drivers don't make much and I'm sure they take a lot of gaff
from riders all day every day....
