I thought water at Cottonwood was left on in the winter months. I know
they close the ranger station in the winter - but do they turn off the
water...

Water to 1.5 Mile and 3 Mile Resthouses on the Bright Angel Trail is
scheduled to be turned off today in anticipation of winter (i.e.
pipelines freezing)...
