Kirk - There are several nice camping spots in Lonetree right by the
water. The only bad thing is that the frogs croak all night long.

I'm in agreement with the stairmaster statement. It isn't the same
movement at all. With a stairmaster, you're pushing your body weight
down, not pulling it...
