Tanner timetable ?
Is there any notion of when the Tanner Trail will be repaired,
or at least when it'll be possible to safely and/or legally
bypass the area of damage ?

OT: Alternatives to G.C. backpacking in February?
I don't think any major rental company in AZ allows off road use of
their vehicles but many 4x4 renters take them there anyways.
