The difficulty matching ability, experience, and other factors is not
unique to Harvey, but seems more extreme and more repetitious than I
would have...

Bob,
In my opinion WHERE you carry three gallons of water is more important
than the container.
Consider sewing some horizontal gear loops on your hip belt...
